This 1965 Mercedes-Benz 220SE cabriolet is a US-spec model that was reportedly acquired by its original owner in Portugal through the European Delivery Program. Finished in white with a black soft top over red leather, the car is powered by a fuel-injected 2.2-liter M127 inline-six paired with a four-speed automatic transmission. The suspension and steering systems were refreshed during previous ownership, and the car was acquired by the seller in July 2018. Work has since included a rebuilt water pump, re-cored radiator, a valve job, and a replacement cylinder head gasket, fuel pump, thermostat, shift column bushing, rear shocks, and brake components.
The car was factory finished in White (050) and features a black soft top, a red boot cover, and a power antenna that was replaced in 2019.
The 13” steel wheels feature chrome covers with body-colored centers and are mounted with 185/70 Kumho Solus TA11 tires.
