M Parallel Spoke II 18″ wheels are mounted with staggered-width Continental ControlContact tires that show date codes from 2016 and 2017. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel anti-lock brakes with vented discs, and the car features Dynamic Stability Control.
The cabin features seating surfaces upholstered in black Nappa Point leather with a matching center console and door panels as well as brushed aluminum trim and M5-branded floor mats. Amenities include power-adjustable and heated front seats, side airbags, a factory navigation system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a cassette stereo connected to a trunk-mounted CD changer. The seller states that the A/C blower motor was replaced in June 2021.
A leather-wrapped multifunction steering wheel frames instrumentation consisting of a 185-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil temperature. The digital odometer indicates 87k miles.
The 4.9-liter S62 V8 features continuously-variable valve timing and was factory rated at 394 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. The seller reports the valve cover gaskets and thermostat were replaced in early 2018, while an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The clutch was reportedly replaced and the differential re-sealed in February 2018.
