Originally finished in Raven Black (A), the body was repainted blue during previous ownership and features white stripes and GT350-style graphics. Additional exterior details include a GT350-style front apron, hood pins, a hood scoop, louvered quarter vents, and side scoops.
Five-spoke Torq Thrust-style alloy wheels are wrapped in 6.0-15 Goodyear Blue Streak Sports Car Special race tires. A spare set of alloy wheels with street tires is included in the sale. The car is equipped with GT350-style brakes with two-piece front rotors and 10.5-inch rear drums. A Cobra Automotive front crossmember and power steering has been added. The seller notes that the suspension was modified and tuned for the track by Walt Hane of Evergreen, Colorado.
The interior is trimmed in white vinyl with matching door panels and black carpets and features a roll bar and a Kirkey racing driver’s seat with a harness. The rear seats, heater, and radio have been removed. Signatures from Carroll Shelby and Chuck Cantwell are present on the dashboard.
A three-spoke leather-wrapped Moto-Lita steering wheel with a Cobra emblem fronts factory instrumentation along with aftermarket oil and water temperature gauges mounted on the steering column. A Stewart Warner tachometer and oil pressure gauge have been added to the center of the dash, along with a warning light mounted underneath. The five-digit odometer indicates 38k miles.
The 363ci Windsor V8 was installed by the seller and is said to feature the following components:
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Tremec T5 five-speed manual transmission and an eight-inch rear end upgraded with a Detroit Locker, Moser axles, and 3.79 gears.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale, along with a spare set of wheels with street tires and a removed Fuel Safe 15-gallon fuel cell that requires a new bladder.
