The leather-wrapped multifunction M-branded steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7k-rpm redline, and gauges for oil temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates just over 13k miles.
The turbocharged 3.0-liter N55 inline-six sends power to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. An oil change and inspection were performed at Century West BMW, California in June 2021, and a state emissions test was passed at the same time.
