The 2.5-liter inline-four features a single overhead camshaft and was factory rated at 150 horsepower and 142 lb-ft of torque. Service performed by Devito’s Porsche Service in Orange, California, under current ownership included a valve adjustment and rebuild of the oil cooler as well as the replacement of the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, hoses, spark plugs, distributor cap and wires, fuel pump, and drive belts.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. The clutch master and slave cylinders were replaced under current ownership.
