This 1995 GMC Safari was modified by Tiara Motorcoach Corporation with an extended-height roof and a custom leather interior featuring rear captain’s chairs, a power-folding third-row bench seat, a television, a custom lighting system, and wood trim. The truck is finished in white with blue graphics over blue leather upholstery and is powered by a 4.3-liter V6 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. Additional equipment includes polished 15″ alloy wheels, running boards, sliding side windows, and a radar detector. The van has been registered in Ohio since the new, and service in preparation for sale consisted of replacement of the battery, exhaust components, and liftgate struts.
The bodywork is finished in white with blue and gray graphics, and the van was modified by Tiara Motorcoach with a color-matched high roof, running boards, and body kit. Additional equipment includes alpine-style glass, three windows with sliding lower sections, landau lights, and a three-piece tailgate. The lower driver-side section of the van was reportedly repainted and failing clear coat above the windshield was addressed.
The 15″ polished wheels feature GMC hubcaps and wear older 215/75 Cooper Discoverer H/T tires. A space-saver spare is mounted under the van.
The blue cabin offers seating for up to seven passengers on aftermarket leather front- and second-row captain’s chairs as well as a power-reclining third-row bench that converts into a bed. Amenities include wood trim on the dash, side panels, and ceiling, custom lighting, a radar detector, storage bins, a TV and VCR, and a cassette stereo. The tailgate struts were replaced in preparation for the sale. Fading is noted on the carpets.
The leather-wrapped airbag steering wheel fronts a 100-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads approximately 77k miles.
The 4.3-liter V6 features electronic fuel injection and service in 2018 included a tune-up as well as replacement of oil and transmission cooler lines, oil pan gasket, freeze plugs, and the EGR valve. The seller notes that the muffler, tailpipe, and battery were replaced in preparation for sale.
Power is delivered to all four wheels through a four-speed automatic transmission.
