This 1976 International Harvester Scout II was acquired by the seller in 2015 and subsequently refurbished and modified. Other modifications include a six-point roll cage, Bushwacker fender flares, Anything Scout bumpers, a Smittybilt winch, a Vintage Car Radio stereo, Hella headlights, a Flowmaster exhaust system, and a Softopper soft top.
The body received rust repairs before being refinished in metallic gray with matte black vinyl stripes, and the truck is fitted with a black Softopper soft top with tinted windows. Additional exterior features include Bushwacker fender flares, Anything Scout bumpers, a Smittybilt XRC winch, Hella H4 headlights, LED side marker lights, a receiver hitch, and Super Scout II front grille and rear tailgate inserts.
Black 15″ Pro Comp Series 252 Street Lock wheels are mounted with 35X12.50 Maxxis Trepador tires. The truck is said to have been modified with a 1″ body lift, a Rough Country 4″ suspension lift, a front reverse shackle kit, front and rear extended shackles, Warn locking hubs, a heavy duty Z-Drag link, heavy duty tie-rods, and an extended stainless steel brake hose kit.
The cabin features black leather front seats with gray inserts sourced from a Chrysler Sebring along with a black vinyl-covered folding rear bench and door panels. The interior is coated in Raptor bed liner and the cargo area houses a locking toolbox. Additional equipment includes a six-point roll cage with Anything Scout cage legs, a Vintage Car Radio stereo with Bluetooth connectivity, JBL speakers, machined steel trim, and black rubber floor mats.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 41k miles.
The 345ci V8 is equipped with an Edelbrock Performer carburetor, a Spectre Performance intake plenum and filter, and a Davis Unified Ignition system with LiveWires ignition leads.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The truck is equipped with an Eaton TrueTrac rear differential, heavy duty front and rear driveshafts, a Borg & Beck performance clutch, a 30-gallon aluminum fuel tank, and a Flowmaster cat-back exhaust system with dual outlets.
