A subsequent refurbishment was completed in 2014 and reportedly included a repaint in Chamonix White, reupholstering the blue vinyl interior, and rebuilding the 2.0-liter inline-four. Equipment includes a four-speed manual transmission, twin side mirrors, chrome bumpers, front bucket seats, 13″ alloy wheels, and a Blaupunkt cassette stereo.
The car was repainted in Chaminox White during the refurbishment and features bright window and beltline trim, a blacked-out front grille, chrome bumpers, and dual side mirrors.
Silver-finished 13″ alloy wheels feature BMW center caps and are mounted with 185/70 Kumho Solus KR21 tires showing 2012 date codes. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drum brakes, and the brake master cylinder was replaced in December 2017.
The cabin features front bucket seats and a rear bench re-trimmed in blue vinyl along with matching door panels and carpets. Equipment includes front vent windows, pop-out rear windows, and a Blaupunkt cassette player.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 120-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and a combination gauge for fuel level and engine temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 32k miles.
The 2.0-liter M10 inline-four was reportedly rebuilt in 2014 and drives the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. Service since July 2016 included replacing the carburetor and changing the spark plugs.
