The turbocharged 2.5-liter inline-four was factory-rated at 220 horsepower and 243 lb-ft of torque for the 1986 model year. Fluids services and a steering rack rebuild were performed in March 2021 by Einar’s Garage in Houston, Texas, and the seller reports that the balance shaft was re-indexed at that time.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle, and the transaxle fluid was recently changed.
