This 1952 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup is finished in green and black over light green cloth and is powered by a 216ci inline-six paired with a three-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes chrome bumpers, running boards, a wood-plank bed, and a bench seat. The truck was acquired by the seller in 2018 in Oklahoma and subsequently relocated to South Carolina. Work under current ownership has consisted of replacing the gauges, fuel tank and sensors, brake shoes and wheel cylinders, master cylinder, distributor cap, coil, and ignition wires.
The body was refinished in green under previous ownership and features black fenders, chrome bumpers, running boards, and stained wood planks lining the bed.
Black painted 16″ steel wheels are fitted with Chevrolet branded polished chrome hubcaps and polished trim rings. The wheels are mounted with 6.00-16 BFGoodrich Silvertown tires. The brake wheel cylinders, master cylinder, shoes, and parking brake cables have been replaced along with the wheel bearings and seals. The tie rod ends and pitman arm pivot have been rebuilt.
The cab features a bench seat upholstered in green cloth and vinyl joined by matching door panels. Equipment includes manual windows and door locks. The dashboard was refinished in body-colored green paint under previous ownership. The seller states that the a previous floor modification to accommodate a different engine transmission has been repaired.
The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 90-mph speedometer and a four-in-one combination gauge. The seller reports that the speedometer indicates 10-mph less than the actual speed, and the electric wiper system and the combination gauge have been replaced. The five-digit odometer shows 87k miles.
The 216ci inline-six has been equipped with an alternator and the electrical system has been converted to 12 volts. Work under current ownership has consisted of the condenser, distributor cap, coil, ignition, fuel tank, fuel pump, and fuel level sensor, and the carburetor has been rebuilt. The cooling system has been flushed under current ownership.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. The seller reports that the muffler has been replaced, and the drive shaft torque tube and engine breather drips oil.
