The car was repainted in black following rust repair and replacement of the wood in the body tub sub-frame. Equipment includes a tan soft top, chrome bumpers with overriders, a badge bar, a folding windshield, removable side curtains, a driver side-view mirror, Tripod headlights, LED taillights, and electric windshield wipers.
Silver 15″ steel wheels wear polished MG hub caps and are fitted with 165-series Metric radial tires. A matching spare is mounted on the fuel tank.
The seats were reupholstered in tan leather, while the dashboard and door panels were reupholstered in matching vinyl. Matching carpets were also installed during the refurbishment. Features include a dash-mounted rearview mirror, chrome fittings, and map pockets in the door panels.
The banjo-style steering wheel fronts refurbished instrumentation consisting of a 100-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer with an inset clock, an ammeter, and gauges for oil pressure and water temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 260 miles.
The 1,250L XPAG inline-four was rebuilt during the refurbishment and is equipped with twin SU carburetors and replacement wiring harnesses. The water pump was replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission with an 8″ clutch.
