Steel 15″ wheels feature chrome MG hubcaps and wear 165-series Dunlop SP20A/S tires, and a full size spare is mounted out back. Independent front suspension, rack-and-pinion steering, and four-wheel drum brakes were standard equipment.
The interior features tan leather seats with matching door panels and black carpets. Amenities include a wood-veneer dashboard, door pockets, MG-branded floor mats, and a parcel shelf behind the seats.
A banjo-style steering wheel frames Jaeger instrumentation that consists of a 100-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows just under 7k miles.
The 1,250L XPAG inline-four is fitted with twin SU carburetors and produced 54 horsepower and 64 lb-ft of torque when new. Equipment includes a polished intake and valve cover, cast iron exhaust manifold, and an oil bath air cleaner.
