This 1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Skyliner was acquired by the seller’s parents in 1995 and subsequently refurbished. The Skyliner’s power-retractable “Hide-Away Hardtop” utilized a system of jacks, solenoids, limit switches, and locks to raise, lower, and secure the roof. 14″ steel wheels are mounted with wide whitewall tires and feature chrome wheel covers with Ford-stamped centers. The car is equipped with an extended rear bumper and a Continental kit spare wheel mount.
