The car was reportedly repainted in Ermine White in 2018, and the seller states that the bumpers were re-chromed under current ownership. The weatherstripping and windshield are replacements, and the seller notes that the exterior was ceramic coated.
Staggered-width 15″ Rally wheels wear trim rings as well as 205/60 front and 225/60 rear BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The car rides on replacement shocks, and a Flaming River steering box is installed. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums as well as a dual master cylinder.
The interior features seating upholstered in red vinyl in addition to refreshed interior panels from Clark’s Corvair Parts. The two-spoke steering wheel features a polished horn ring and frames a 140-mph speedometer, tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The analog clock has been rebuilt, and a VairTRIX cylinder head gauge has been installed. The five-digit odometer is said to have rolled over and now shows 3,400 miles.
The air-cooled 2.7L flat-six was rebuilt approximately 2k miles ago and features .030″-over cylinders, forged pistons, 270 camshafts, and a polished crankshaft. An oil change was performed approximately 200 miles ago, and additional modifications are said to include:
American Pi billet alternator pulley, shift coupler, and fan pulley
Electronic distributor with HEI ignition and wires
Roger Parent throttle linkage, tunnel pivot, trans pivot, and clutch cable
Cast aluminum valve covers, oil pan, and axle cover

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle and 3.55:1 final drive ratio. The seller reports the gearbox was rebuilt by California Corvair Parts and that the differential was also rebuilt under current ownership. The car is equipped with dual Flowmaster mufflers.
