The car was delivered new in Candyapple Red (T) and is said to have been refinished and fitted with a replacement manual white soft top under previous ownership. Chrome-finished 14″ styled-steel wheels wear red Mustang-emblem center caps and beauty rings and are mounted with 195/75 Hankook Optimo H724 whitewall tires showing 2013 date codes. The car is equipped with front disc brakes as well as power steering, and the rear brake wheel cylinders and shoes are said to have been replaced under previous ownership.
The car received a Deluxe interior in red from the factory and features front bucket seats, a rear bench, and a full-length console with woodgrain trim. An AM radio and an eight-track player are mounted in the center of the dashboard.
A three-spoke steering wheel frames a red dashboard with a darker top pad along with a woodgrain glovebox door and gauge panel. Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer flanked by four auxiliary gauges, and the five-digit odometer shows 95k miles.
The 289ci A-code V8 was rated at 225 horsepower and 305 lb-ft of torque when new. Features include a FoMoCo-branded windshield-washer bag as well as additional firewall-to-fender apron bracing. The oil was changed and the ignition coil was replaced aLording to the seller.
