This 1967 Ford Mustang is a white-over-tan convertible powered by a C-code 289ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Finished from the factory in Dark Moss Green (Y), the car was repainted it its current shade of white in preparation for the sale according to the seller. The power-operated convertible top is said to feature a replacement pump and cylinders. Additional exterior features include dual side mirrors and replacement chrome rocker trim.
Magnum 500-style 14″ wheels are wrapped in 205/70 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. The steel spare wheel and tire are covered by a plaid cover and stored in the trunk. The car is equipped with power-assisted steering and brakes, the latter of which are equipped with discs up front.
The car was delivered from the factory with Saddle vinyl (2F) covering the front bucket and rear bench seats, and it was reupholstered during prior ownership. Color-coordinated upholstery covers the door panels and is paired with matching carpeting and lower dashboard trim. Equipment includes front and rear lap belts, Mustang-logo floor mats, and a Ford-branded AM radio.
Instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer and gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit odometer shows just under 50k miles.
The C-code 289ci V8 is equipped with a replacement four-barrel carburetor fitted atop an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold. Further additions include an aluminum radiator and polished valve covers. Power is sent rearward through a three-speed automatic transmission.
