The truck was repainted Audi Phantom Black Pearl during the aforementioned refurbishment, during which the body was removed from the frame and reportedly underwent rust repair in addition to the installation of a replacement front clip and hood, tailgate, rocker panels, and the driver-side inner and outer rear fender. The wheel wells have been coated with bedliner material. Equipment includes a removable Rampage black soft top, ProtoFab front and rear bumpers, fender flares, a rear receiver hitch, a Warn VR8000 winch, and retractable running boards. Black-painted 17” Mickey Thompson wheels feature locking front hubs and are mounted with 35” Mickey Thompson Baja ATZ P3 tires. Stopping power is provided by power-assisted front discs reportedly sourced from Tom’s Bronco Parts, and the truck features a Wild Horses 3.5” suspension lift kit as well as a 1” body lift. A full-size spare is affixed to the rear tire carrier.
The interior features Bestop seats trimmed in gray fabric along with a black dashboard top, custom door panels, and replacement carpet sourced from Jeff’s Bronco Graveyard. The cabin has reportedly been lined with Lizard Skin ceramic insulation and sound deadening material and features front seat shoulder belts. Amenities include power-assisted steering and a Vintage Air A/C system.
A three-spoke wood-rimmed steering wheel fronts a column-mounted 8k-rpm tachometer and a a body-colored metal dashboard housing a combination gauge with an inset 100-mph speedometer. The five-digit odometer shows 59k miles.
The Ford V8 has reportedly been stroked to 331ci using a SCAT kit and features a Holley Street Avenger 670-cfm carburetor with an electric choke, an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, a COMP Cams camshaft, World Windsor Junior cylinder heads, and ARP head studs. A Centech wiring harness has been installed along with a 23-gallon fuel tank sourced from Tom’s Bronco Parts.
Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a Ford C4 three-speed automatic transmission, a Dana 20 T-shift dual-range transfer case, a Dana 30 front axle, and a Ford 9” rear axle. The replacement frame reportedly received rust remediation before being repainted, and the body received replacement front floor pans.
