Description
This 1973.5 Porsche 911T coupe was acquired by the seller as a project in 2016 and was subsequently refurbished. Work included rebuilding the fuel-injected 2.4L flat-six, performing rust repair, repainting the car in silver, replacing the brightwork, and reupholstering the black leather interior. Equipment includes a five-speed manual transaxle, Hella driving lights, air conditioning, and a push-button AM/FM radio. Service in July 2021 included a valve adjustment and an oil change.

The refurbishment reportedly included rust repair prior to a repaint in the factory Silver Metallic (80) and the replacement and renewing of the brightwork. Exterior features include black Porsche badging, Hella driving lights, Euro-spec headlights, rear bumperettes, and a single chrome side mirror.
Silver 15″ Fuchs wheels feature black insets and are mounted with Continental tires. The car was optioned with front and rear sway bars, and stopping power is provided by vented disc brakes at all four corners.
The cabin features seating re-trimmed in black leather along with matching door panels and carpets. Equipment includes air conditioning, a Blaupunkt radio, and a fold-down rear seat.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline, a 150-mph speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 706 miles. Total mileage is unknown.
The 2.4-liter flat-six features CIS fuel injection and was rebuilt during current ownership. The machine work was completed by Competition Engineering in Lake Isabella, California in January 2017. Service in July 2021 included a valve adjustment and an oil change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle.
