The car is said to have been repainted in its factory Peru Red approximately 17 years ago and features body-color bumpers, chrome headlamp surrounds, a driver-side mirror, and black trim.
Forged 15″ Fuchs alloy wheels wear 185/55 and 195/65 Michelin Primacy MXV4 tires showing 2009 and 2010 date codes. The car is equipped with optional Koni shocks and front and rear stabilizer bars. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin is upholstered in black and the seller states that the seats were retrimmed in 2017. Equipment includes pop-out rear quarter windows, a heater/defroster, door pockets, and an aftermarket Alpine CD stereo.
The leather-wrapped Lecarra steering wheel sits ahead of VDO instrumentation including a central tachometer with a 6,400-rpm redline, a 150-mph speedometer, combination gauges, and an analog clock. The five-digit odometer shows 82k miles.
The 2.7-liter flat-six was rebuilt in September 1992 as is equipped with an airbox pop-off valve, Carrera oil pressure-fed timing chain tensioners, and an external oil cooler mounted in the front fender well. A valve adjustment was reportedly performed 3k miles ago, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle. The transaxle was rebuilt in September 1992, and SSI stainless steel heat exchangers are installed.
