Carroll Shelby CSS 13″ basketweave alloy wheels are mounted with 185/70 Toyo Extensa A/S tires, which display 2018 date codes and were fitted during current ownership. Bilstein shock absorbers, sport springs, and upgraded front and rear sway bars were added during previous ownership, and following the seller’s acquisition the brake pads, calipers, and rotors were replaced. Additional services in 2018 included an alignment and replacement of the front strut mounts and various suspension bushings.
The interior features front Recaro bucket seats and a rear bench upholstered in black leather. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, manual wind-up windows, a locking glove compartment, and a cassette stereo linked to four Polk speakers.
The leather-wrapped MOMO steering wheel frames an 85-mph speedometer and a tachometer along with gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature, and a VDO gauge displaying boost pressure is affixed to the left side of the dashboard. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 29k miles.
The fuel-injected 1.8L M10 inline-four was fitted with a Century/BAE turbocharger kit during previous ownership, and power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual transmission. An oil change was performed upon the seller’s acquisition of the car in September 2018.
