348-style 17″ wheels are wrapped in Yokohama S.drive tires sized 215/50. Braking is provided by ventilated discs at each corner.

The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V8 utilizes Bosch fuel injection and was factory rated at 214 horsepower and 181 lb-ft of torque when new. A Nicks Forza Electromotive ignition system has been added. In February 2019, GLB Motorworks of Saint Louis, Missouri performed a timing belt service and also changed the accessory belts and coolant. An oil change was carried out in October 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transaxle with a dogleg first gear.
