This 1984 Porsche 911 Turbo is a European-market coupe that was acquired by the seller in 1994. Finished in black over black leather upholstery, it is powered by a turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six paired with a four-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes front sport seats, a powered sunroof, and front and rear spoilers, while modifications include SC-specification camshafts, an upgraded intercooler, an adjustable boost controller, a strut brace, side air intakes, side skirts, 16″ BBS RS wheels, and aftermarket interior components.
The bodywork is finished in black and is equipped with front and rear spoilers, a tinted windshield, and European-specification lighting with front and rear fog lights. Modifications include side strakes incorporated into the rear fenders and extended side sills, and mirror covers also fitted.
Staggered width 16″ BBS RS wheels with gold centers are mounted with Goodyear Eagle tires. Braking is provided by Porsche-branded calipers paired with cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. A Racing Dynamics strut tower brace has been installed up front.
The cabin features adjustable front sport seats upholstered in black leather along with color-matching door panels and carpets. An aftermarket lower dashboard section with a center console has been fitted, while other features include a powered sunroof, power windows, air conditioning, and an adjustable boost-pressure controller. The seller notes the stereo is currently inoperable and the air-conditioning system does not blow cold. The left door panel shows wear and the center of the dashboard top is warped.
The three-spoke MOMO steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation consisting of a tachometer with an inset boost gauge, a 180-mph speedometer, and combination gauges. The clock has been replaced with an additional VDO boost gauge with tell-tale, and an Andial gauge is mounted in the lower dash. The replacement six-digit odometer shows just under 58k miles.
The turbocharged 3.3-liter flat-six is fitted with a upgraded Andial intercooler, SC-specification camshafts, and a K&N air filter. The seller states the turbo was rebuilt in 2000, the electronic control module was rebuilt in 2017, and recent maintenance performed by the seller in June 2021 includes an oil and filter change.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transaxle.
The manufacturer’s literature includes a factory ‘test protocol’ certificate dated July 5th, 1984. Four keys are also with the car.
