The car is finished in black over grey cloth and powered by a turbocharged and intercooled 2.2-liter inline-four paired with a five-speed manual transaxle. The car is finished in black and features a front air dam with fog lamps, side skirts, tinted windows, and blacked-out trim as well as Shelby GLHS decals. The left-front fender is said to have been repaired under previous ownership.
Factory 15″ alloy wheels are mounted with Goodyear Eagle tires. The GLH-S was equipped from the factory with front and rear Koni adjustable dampers as well as a stiffer front sway bar.
The interior is trimmed in grey cloth and vinyl and features a factory cassette stereo, air conditioning, leather-trimmed shift knob, and a numbered dash plaque.

The turbocharged and intercooled 2.2-liter inline-four was modified by Shelby for ratings of 175 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque when new. The timing belt was reportedly last changed in 2000, and service over the past month is said to have included an oil change, replacement of the radiator fan, and repair of oil leaks at the valve cover and oil pan.
Power is sent to the front wheels through a five-speed manual transaxle.
