This 1986 Toyota is a regular cab one-ton truck that was fitted with a hydraulic dump bed by its original owner with whom it remained until the seller’s acquisition in May 2021. Power is from a 2.4-liter inline-four paired with a four-speed manual transmission and the truck is finished in white over a tan interior. Features include a push-button AM/FM radio, towing mirrors, and dual rear wheels.
The truck was delivered new as a cab and chassis and was subsequently fitted with an aluminum hydraulically-operated dump bed featuring reflectors, diamond plate accents, and stained wood side boards. The regular cab body is finished in white with brown and orange pinstripes, and additional equipment includes a tow hook, towing mirrors, and mud flaps. Imperfections include dents on the front air dam, a faded Toyota grille badge, and damaged pinstripes.
The 14″ wheels are mounted with 195/75 Firestone Supreme Si tires up front, and 185/75 National XT 4000 tires on the dual rear wheels.
The cab features a split bench seat upholstered in tan vinyl along with a matching dashboard, door panels, and floor. A lever to raise and lower the dump bed is mounted on the floor to the left of the driver seat. Features include manual door locks and windows, a push-button AM/FM radio, and air conditioning.
The two-spoke steering wheel frames a 110-mph speedometer, a coolant gauge, and a fuel level gauge. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 20k miles.
The 2.4-liter 22RE inline-four features fuel injection and was factory rated at 113 horsepower and 140 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed in November 2020.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
