The car spent most of its life registered in New Jersey and was acquired by the seller in 2021. Subsequent work included replacement of the brake calipers and tires as well as installation of a front lip spoiler, Turbo tie-rods, and WEVO rear swaybar mounts.
The car is finished in Carmine Red (G4) and features a removable roof panel and Targa badging. Additional exterior equipment includes a rear window wiper, front fog lights, and body-color bumpers. In preparation for the sale, a front lip spoiler was installed along with replacement pneumatic struts for the trunk and engine lids.
Forged 16″ Fuchs wheels are finished in black with anodized lips and wear 205/55 front and 225/50 rear Continental ExtremeContact tires, which were installed in preparation for the sale. Turbo tie-rods and WEVO rear sway bar mounts were installed in preparation for the sale along with replacement brake calipers, pads, and hoses.
The cabin features power-adjustable front sport seats upholstered in Linen leather and joined by matching door panels and carpets as well as a contrasting black dashboard. Equipment includes air conditioning, cruise control, a Blaupunkt Las Vegas AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows, and Coco Mats.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 6,300-rpm redline, a 170-mph speedometer, an analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 53k miles. A replacement steering column bushing was installed in preparation for the sale.
The air-cooled 3.2L flat-six was factory rated at 217 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque when new. Recent service included an oil change along with installation of a replacement oil cooler hose, oil level sensor, drive belts, and engine air and fuel filters.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a G50 five-speed manual transaxle. A gearbox fluid flush was performed and both drive axles were replaced in preparation for the sale.
