This 1989 Land Rover 90 is a left-hand-drive example that spent time in Italy before it was imported to the US in 2018, and it was acquired by the seller in June 2020. Finished in white over a gray interior, it is powered by a 2.5-liter turbodiesel inline-four mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The exterior features aluminum body panels finished in white with tri-color graphics affixed to each side. Additional features include diamond plating on the hood, alpine windows, steel bumpers, a receiver hitch, and mud flaps at each corner. Corrosion is noted at the bottom of the doors.
Steel 16″ wheels are finished in silver and are mounted with 235/85 General Grabber tires, with a full-size spare mounted to the rear door. The seller states that the brakes were disassembled, cleaned, inspected, and adjusted in March 2021.
The interior features seats upholstered in gray vinyl with matching door panels and black rubber floor mats. Equipment includes power steering, air conditioning, an analog clock, inward-facing rear jump seats, a removable cargo partition, and a Blaupunkt cassette stereo. A crack is visible in the dashboard.
Instrumentation includes a replacement 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges. The odometer was reset to zero by the seller at the time of installation, and the removed metric odometer indicating 17k kilometers (~11k miles).
The 2.5-liter turbodiesel inline-four sends power to all four wheels through a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case with a locking center differential. Work performed in 2021 by the seller included an oil change, servicing the differentials, cleaning the fuel injectors, and replacement of the fuel filter.
