The 5.7-liter LT5 V8 was designed by Lotus, features dual overhead cams with four valves per cylinder, and was assembled at Mercury Marine in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Power output was rated at 375 horsepower and 370 lb-ft of torque when new, and an oil change was performed in May 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission.
