This 1994 Dodge Viper RT/10 is believed to be the first example sold for the model year and is said to have been owned by a Dodge executive before being acquired by the seller’s late father-in-law in 2007. Finished in red over a custom black and red interior, the car is powered by an 8.0-liter V10 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Features include a limited-slip differential, an independent suspension, a body-color hardtop, a black soft top, an aftermarket sound system, air conditioning, custom Venzano upholstery, glass side curtains, fog lights, side-exist exhausts, disc brakes, and 18″ and 19″ six-spoke wheels.
The composite bodywork is finished in Viper Red and features an aftermarket “double-bubble” hardtop, a black removable soft top, glass removable side curtains, fog lights, and side-exit exhaust finishers.
Later-model polished 18″ and 19″ SRT Viper wheels are mounted with 275/35 front and 345/30 rear Nitto Invo tires. The car is equipped with power steering as well as independent suspension, and braking is handled by ventilated discs at all four corners. Removed 17″ tri-spoke wheels wearing Michelin XGT Z tires will accompany the car.
The seats and center console were reupholstered in red and black leather by Venzano Automotive under prior ownership, and the interior features black trim on the dash and door panels. The aftermarket Alpine touchscreen head unit is linked to a McIntosh amplifier and Kenwood speakers, and the car is equipped with air conditioning and Viper-branded floor mats.
The three-spoke steering wheel sits ahead of a 180-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows just over 28k miles.
The 8.0-liter V10 was developed in conjunction with Lamborghini and was factory rated for 400 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
