The cabin features seats upholstered in black leather with matching door panels and burl wood trim adorning the dashboard and doors. Interior amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, power-adjustable fronts seats with memory settings for the driver, an onboard computer, cruise control, BMW-branded floor mats, and an aftermarket Pioneer CD stereo with Morel speakers, a Morel Primo subwoofer, and Zapco amplifiers.
The four-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature, fuel economy, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 141k miles.
The 4.0-liter M60B40 V8 was factory rated at 282 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when new. Service under current ownership is said to have included installing a D’Sylva E.A.T. performance chip, resealing the engine, and replacing the water pump, cooling system components, gaskets, seals, spark plugs, hoses, and aLessory belt.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a replacement six-speed manual transmission that was reportedly sourced from an E39 540i model and installed under current ownership.
