This 1999 Mercedes-Benz SL600 is powered by a 6.0-liter V12 fitted with a a nitrous oxide system and paired with a five-speed automatic transmission. Finished in metallic silver over black leather, it is equipped with a black soft top, a color-matched removable hardtop with a panoramic glass roof, 18” five-spoke AMG wheels, Brembo front brakes, heated multi-contour seats, and a Bose sound system. The car was delivered new to Stahl Motor Co. in Monterey, California and was recently acquired by the seller, reportedly from the second owner. Subsequent service is said to have included fluid changes and replacement of the tires.
The car is finished in Brilliant Silver Metallic (744) and was optioned from the factory with the AMG Sport Package (SL1), which features AMG-styled bumper covers and side skirts. Additional equipment includes a body-colored removable hardtop with a panoramic glass roof, a black soft top, V12 fender badges, fog lights, and xenon headlights.
Silver-finished 18” five-spoke AMG wheels wear Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 245/40 up front and 275/35 out back. A Brembo front brake kit with slotted and cross-drilled rotors was installed under prior ownership. The car features a self-leveling suspension system with adaptive damping.
The cabin features multi-contour heated seats trimmed in black Nappa leather that extends to the dashboard and door panel inserts. Burl walnut trim accents the center stack, center console, doors, and steering wheel, and additional appointments include automatic climate control, a retractable roll bar, cruise control, and a Bose audio system with a trunk-mounted CD changer.
Instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows approximately 35k miles.
The 6.0-liter M120 V-12 features Bosch engine management, four overhead camshafts, and four valves per cylinder.
The nitrous system includes a blue 15-lb bottle mounted in the trunk with braided lines that run to the engine compartment.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a five-speed automatic transmission.
The window sticker shows factory equipment, initial delivery to Stahl Motor Co. in Monterey, California and a total retail price of $139,460.
