This 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS was acquired by the seller in 2019 from the previous owner who modified it with a turbocharged 2.0L EJ205 flat-four from a WRX. This 2000 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS was acquired by the seller in 2019 from the previous owner who modified it with a turbocharged 2.0L EJ205 flat-four from a WRX. Subsequent modifications under current ownership included installation of a five-speed WRX STi Type RA gearbox along with a front-mount intercooler and an upgraded clutch, fuel pump, injectors, and suspension and braking components. The car is finished in Blue Ridge Pearl over blue and black cloth, and equipment includes a rear wing, a limited-slip rear differential, WRX seats, Koni adjustable shocks, and 17″ BBS wheels. Maintenance under current ownership is said to have included replacing the intake manifold and coolant crossover pipe gaskets, valve cover washers, and front control arm bushings.
The body is finished in Blue Ridge Pearl (95H) and features a sunroof, a hood scoop, and a L’Aunsport V7 rear wing. Additional exterior equipment includes an aftermarket front lip spoiler, side skirts, rear spats, mud flaps, mesh fog light covers, JDM taillights, and clear front corner lights and fender markers. The seller notes filled-in chips in the windshield, melting on the rear bumper cutout near the exhaust outlet, as well as additional dings and imperfections, some of which have been touched up.
Gold-finished 17″ BBS wheels feature BBS center caps and are mounted over 15mm hub-centric spacers and wear 205/45 Sumitomo HTR A/S P02 tires that were installed under current ownership. The seller states that a WRX steering rack and extended wheel studs are installed, and that the passenger-side boot is torn. The suspension and braking systems have been modified with the following components:
- Zzyzx Motorsports coilover suspension
- Adjustable Koni 2817-series shocks
- Whiteline front control arm bushings
- 2002 WRX front sway bar with Whiteline end links
- Whiteline 24mm rear sway bar
- Carbon-fiber STi strut tower brace
- Blue powder-coated calipers from a 2006 WRX

The interior features front and rear seats sourced from a 2003 WRX that are upholstered in blue and black cloth and joined by blue suede fabric door inserts. The car features an AM/FM cassette stereo, and interior modifications include a Subaru shift knob, a Cobb short-shift kit, and a Compustar alarm system. The seller notes that the driver-side carpet shows wear, the air conditioning system has been removed, and the WRX rear seats do not line up with the package shelf.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a digital clock, and auxiliary gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. A Cobb V3 ALessPort is mounted to the left of the instrument panel and auxiliary gauges for air/fuel ratio and oil pressure are affixed to the A-pillar. The digital odometer indicates 268k chassis miles, approximately 25k of which were added by the seller.
The turbocharged and intercooled 2.0-liter EJ205 flat-four was reportedly sourced from a 2002 WRX and installed by SSi Performance of Portland, Oregon, under previous ownership. The seller states that the engine was subsequently disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled at approximately 235k miles. Additional modifications include the following:
