Modifications performed under current ownership include installation of a Dobinsons front bumper with a Smittybilt winch and ARB auxiliary lights, a Dobinsons roof rack and awning, and a Dobinsons rear bumper with a jerry can holder and swing-away tire carrier. The Carfax report lists a November 2019 accident resulting in damage to the left front of the truck.

The 4.7-liter 2UZ-FE V8 was factory rated at 230 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. A replacement timing belt is said to have been installed at approximately 50k miles, and the seller states that fluids were replaced in preparation for the sale.
