Caramel carpet is protected by matching WeatherTech floor mats, and a set of M5-branded mats is included in the sale. Amenities include burl wood trim, automatic climate control, cruise control, and split-folding rear seats, and the infotainment system has been modified with a MKIV DVD-based navigation system and an integrated iPod connection. A shift lever sourced from an E60 545i has also been installed along with a ZHP shift knob, and M-stitched boots from LeatherZ accent the shifter and hand brake lever. The seller states the rear vapor barriers were replaced and the leather surfaces were refinished in preparation for the sale.
The multifunction steering wheel frames instrumentation that includes a 185-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a variable redline, and gauges for coolant temperature, oil temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 70k miles.
The 4.9-liter S62 V8 has been modified with engine management software from Evolve Tuning. Service records indicate that Enthusiast Auto Group of Cincinnati, Ohio performed an oil change in January 2021, and replaced the following parts at the same time:
