Originally registered in New York, the car was relocated to Washington State in 2005 where it was acquired by the current owner in 2014. Equipment includes the Advanced Technic Package, a Bose sound system with remote six-disc changer, an electrically-operated sunroof, automatic climate control, heated front seats with adjustable lumbar support, and a sport exhaust system. An IMS bearing retrofit kit and replacement clutch were installed in December 2019, and subsequent work involved an air conditioning service, replacement of the coil packs, and an oil change.
The car is finished in Basalt Black Metallic (Z4), and features bi-xenon headlamps with washers, dual exhaust outlets, an electric sunroof, and a speed-activated rear spoiler.
Silver 18″ Turbo Twist alloy wheels are mounted with 225/40 front and 295/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport A/S tires with 2010 date codes. Stopping power is provided by red-finished brake calipers over cross-drilled rotors.
The cabin features seats upholstered in black full leather with embossed head rests as well as a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Amenities include a Bose sound system with remote six-disc changer, cruise control, automatic climate control, and heated front seats with adjustable lumbar support. The air conditioning condenser and receiver dryer were replaced in March 2020, and the system was recharged.

The 3.6-liter flat-six was rated at 320 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque when new and features an optional sport exhaust system. An IMS bearing retrofit was performed in December 2019, along with replacement of the clutch and rear main seal. The coil packs were replaced in April 2021, in addition to an oil change.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle.
