This 2005 BMW 330Ci ZHP convertible is finished in black over black leather and is powered by a 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes the ZHP Performance Package, which consists of M Aerodynamic bodywork, M Sport suspension, revised engine tuning, unique interior trim, front sport seats, and 18″ M Double Spoke wheels. Additional features include a black convertible top, automatic climate control, and a Harman Kardon sound system. The car spent much of its life in New York and Connecticut before it was acquired by the seller in October 2017 and subsequently relocated to New Hampshire.
The car is finished in Black Sapphire Metallic (475) and is equipped with the M Aerodynamic Package, which added revised bumper covers and side skirts. Other exterior features include a power-operated black soft top with a glass rear window, clear side marker and front turn signal lenses, and fog lights. The seller states the front bumper cover was replaced in May 2020 to correct scrapes, and a Sliplo bumper scrape guard has been added.
Replacement 18″ Style 135 wheels were sourced from Turner Motorsport in November 2017 and wear staggered-width Pirelli P-Zero tires. ZHP equipment included a revised steering rack and an M Sport suspension consisting of firmer springs and shock absorbers, larger-diameter sway bars, and upgraded lower control arms. Replacement front control arm bushings were fitted in late 2017, while the brake pads and wear sensors were replaced in May 2018.
The cabin features seats upholstered in black Montana leather along with matching door panels and carpets, aluminum black cube trim, and an Alcantara shift boot. BMW-branded floor mats line the footwells, and amenities include power-adjustable and heated sport front seats, automatic climate control, a wind deflector, and a Harman Kardon sound system linked with a trunk-mounted Grom BT3 Bluetooth unit.
A replacement three-spoke M multifunction steering wheel features tri-color stitching and fronts a 155-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 87k miles.
The 3.0-liter M54 inline-six was factory rated at 235 horsepower and 222 lb-ft of torque and features ZHP-specific engine mapping and special camshafts. An ECS Tuning carbon fiber front strut brace was added by the seller. Servicing since 2018 included fitting new spark plugs, a coolant flush, and replacement of the coolant temperature sensor.
Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. The exhaust system on ZHP models features larger diameter 65-mm stainless steel outlets. The transmission and differential fluids were flushed in 2017.
