This 2006 Porsche Cayman S is finished in silver over black and is powered by a 3.4-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes the Sport Chrono Package Plus, Porsche Active Suspension Management, an aftermarket exhaust system, a sport steering wheel, Bose surround sound, heated seats, bi-xenon headlamps, and 18″ Cayman S wheels. The car was delivered new to Porsche of Greenville, South Carolina, and was acquired by the seller in August 2014. Work completed in preparation for the sale included an oil change, a brake fluid flush, and installation of a replacement headliner and front sway bar drop links.
The body is finished in Arctic Silver Metallic and features a speed-activated rear spoiler, bi-xenon headlights, fog lights, and side air intakes.
Silver finished 18” Cayman S wheels are mounted with 235/40 front and 265/40 rear Continental ExtremeContact tires showing 2016 date codes. The car is equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management, and stopping power is provided by red-finished brake calipers fitted over cross-drilled rotors at all four corners. Maintenance performed in June 2021 included a brake fluid flush and replacement of the front sway bar drop links. A Tarett Engineering front sway bar was installed under previous ownership, and the removed factory 19” Carrera S wheels are included in the sale.
The cabin features heated seats upholstered in black leather with a matching dashboard, center console, and door panels. The optional Sport Chrono Package Plus adds an analog chronograph with an integrated digital clock atop the dashboard, and additional amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, Bose surround sound, PCM with navigation and phone, and Porsche-branded floor mats.
The leather-wrapped sport steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 7,200-rpm redline, a 190-mph speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 27k miles.
The mid-mounted 3.4-liter flat-six was factory rated at 295 horsepower and 251 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was completed in May 2021 along with a vehicle inspection.
Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transaxle. A Borla exhaust system was installed under previous ownership, and the removed factory exhaust will accompany the car.
Manufacturer’s literature, partial service records, a car cover, and two fob keys are included in the sale.
