This 2008 BMW 135i is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six paired with a six-speed manual transmission, and it is said to have been modified under prior ownership with engine management software from JZW Tuning. Factory equipment includes the Sport package, adaptive xenon headlights, 18″ Style 264 wheels, a sunroof, automatic climate control, iDrive infotainment with navigation, and Comfort Access. The car is finished in black over matching leather, and it was delivered new to BMW Darien of Darien, Connecticut, and spent time in Florida, Texas, and Colorado, before being acquired by the seller.
The body is finished in Jet Black (668) and features aerodynamic bumper covers and side skirts, a trunk lip spoiler, adaptive xenon headlamps with washers, rain-sensing wipers, a sunroof, and Shadowline trim.
Factory 18″ Style 264 wheels are wrapped in 215/40 Bridgestone Potenza tires up front and 245/35 Nankang Sportnex NS-25 tires our back that show 2017 and 2018 date codes, respectively. The car was equipped from the factory with M Sport suspension.
The cabin features manually-adjustable front sport seats trimmed in black Boston leather with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpeting. Gray poplar wood trim accents the dashboard, center console, and door panels, and additional appointments include Comfort Access keyless-entry, automatic climate control, cruise control, iDrive infotainment with navigation, and a factory stereo with USB and auxiliary inputs. The starter button features an engraving that says “Year One of the 1” on the outside ring. Wear is present on the left-side driver’s seat bolster.
The M Sport multifunction steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows approximately 48k miles.
The twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter N54B30 inline-six was reportedly fitted with updated engine management software by John Williams of JZW Tuning under prior ownership. The results of a dynamometer test in 10/2021 showed maximum power output of 401 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque. An oil change was performed in July 2021.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission.
