CR-specific equipment includes aerodynamic bodywork, stiffer springs, quicker steering, and a rear chassis brace, and additional equipment includes a removable hardtop, a tonneau cover, 17″ wheels, air conditioning, and a CD stereo.
The car is finished in Berlina Black and features a Club Racer-specific front spoiler, rear wing, removable hardtop, and tonneau cover. Scratches and other imperfections are present on the front spoiler. The seller notes that the right-rear quarter panel rear was replaced after an aLident, and the Carfax report shows “moderate damage” to the right rear of the car in November 2020 after an aLident involving another vehicle.
Factory 17″ wheels are wrapped in Yokohama ADVAN Neova tires measuring 215/45 up front and 255/40 out back. CR models were factory-equipped with a quicker steering ratio, stiffer springs, and reinforced anti-roll bars compared to that of the contemporary S2000. Curb rash is present on the wheels, and the brake fluid is said to have been changed in preparation for sale.
The cabin features CR-specific seats upholstered in black Alcantara with yellow-patterned cloth inserts and stitching, the latter of which is also featured on the door panels, shift boot, and steering wheel. Interior amenities include air conditioning, cruise control, an aluminum shift knob, a CD stereo, and S2000-embroidered floor mats.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel fronts a sweeping 9k-rpm tachometer, a digital speedometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer shows 32k miles, approximately 3,500 of which were added by the seller.
The 2.2-liter F22C1 inline-four was factory rated at 237 horsepower at 7,800 rpm and 162 lb-ft of torque at 6,800 rpm. Service during current ownership is said to have included a serpentine belt replacement, valve adjustment, and fluid changes.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transmission and a Torsen limited-slip differential.
