This 2009 Audi R8 coupe is finished in Ibis White over Black Nappa leather and powered by a 4.2-liter V8 paired with a six-speed manual transaxle and a Quattro all-wheel drive system. Equipment includes 19″ wheels, black side blades, the Premium package, heated and power-adjustable seats, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, Navigation Plus, and parking sensors. The car was delivered new to Suncoast Motorsports Audi of Sarasota, Florida and later relocated to Illinois where it was acquired by the seller in 2017. Service in September 2021 included replacement of the transmission, air conditioning compressor, water pump, clutch, flywheel, timing cover gasket, and front struts.
The car is finished in Ibis White and has been fitted with carbon fiber side blades. Equipment includes xenon headlights, an aluminum-trimmed fuel cap, a retractable rear spoiler, front and rear parking sensors, and quad exhaust tips. A clear paint protection film has been applied to the hood, front valance, mirrors, and doors.
Five-spoke 19″ alloy wheels wear Pirelli P Zero tires measuring 235/35 up front and 305/30 out back. Braking is provided by black R8-branded calipers and cross-drilled rotors at each corner. The front struts were replaced in September 2021.
The cabin features heated power-adjustable seats trimmed in Black Nappa leather along with matching door panels and carpets. Additional equipment includes Audi Navigation Plus, a rearview camera, climate control, graphite trim, cruise control, aluminum pedals, and a Bang & Olufsen stereo. Aftermarket floor mats have been fitted.
The multifunction leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 220-mph speedometer, a tachometer with an 8,100-rpm redline, and gauges for oil temperature, fuel level, coolant temperature, and battery voltage. The digital odometer shows 24k miles.
The mid-mounted 4.2-liter DOHC V8 features aluminum construction and FSI direct injection and was factory rated at 420 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque. Service at Audi of Westmont, Illinois in September 2021 included replacing the gearbox, clutch, water pump, and air conditioning compressor.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
