All 1,000 Saks Fifth Avenue “Key to the Cure” examples were finished in Diamond White Metallic and equipped with the AMG styling package, which added revised bumpers and side sills. The car is equipped with Airmatic semi-active air suspension, and braking is handled by four-wheel discs with cross-drilled front rotors.
The cabin features seats upholstered in Oyster Nappa leather along with wood trim on the dashboard, center console, and doors. Additional equipment includes multi-contour heated and ventilated front seats, COMAND infotainment with navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, rear sunshades, and Keyless-GO.
The power-adjustable steering wheel is trimmed with wood and frames a digital 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level. The digital odometer indicates 21k miles.
The 5.5-liter M273 V8 produced 383 horsepower and 391 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed automatic transmission. Service performed in preparation for the sale included replacing the filters and fluids.
