This 2009 Porsche 911 Targa 4S is finished in brown over tan leather and is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six driving all four wheels through a seven-speed PDK transaxle. Features include a sliding glass roof panel, 19″ Fuchs-style wheels, a heated steering wheel and front seats, navigation, the Bose High End Sound Package, and a Shark Werks center muffler delete system. The car was first registered in California prior to the seller’s acquisition in September 2020. Subsequent service consisted of replacing the spark plugs, transmission pan and filter assembly, battery, brakes, air filters, and tires in addition to changing the engine oil and transmission fluid.
The 4S featured wider bodywork compared to the standard 911, and this example is finished in Macadamia Metallic. Equipment includes a sliding glass roof panel, a retractable rear spoiler, xenon headlights with washers, and self-dimming side mirrors. The Carfax report shows an accident resulting in damage to the front left in January 2013.
Aftermarket Fuchs-style wheels are wrapped in 235/35 front and 305/30 rear Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires showing 2020 date codes. A four-wheel alignment was completed in March 2021. Braking is from red multi-piston calipers over cross-drilled rotors at each corner. The brake rotors, pads, and sensors were replaced in September 2020, at which time a fluid flush was also performed.
The cabin is trimmed in Sand Beige Standard leather with matching carpets, embroidered floor mats, and metallic accents on the dashboard, steering wheel, and door panels. Amenities include power-adjustable and heated front seats with driver’s position memory, the Bose High End Sound Package, Porsche Communication Management with navigation, and automatic climate control. The seller notes that the car is equipped with a Bovee Bluetooth streaming adapter. The cabin air filter was replaced in September 2020.
The heated and leather-wrapped SportDesign steering wheel features paddle shifters and frames a central tachometer with a 7,400-rpm redline, a 200-mph speedometer, and secondary gauges. The odometer shows 31k miles, 1k of which have been added by the seller.
The 3.8-liter flat-six was factory rated at 385 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque, and has been modified with a Shark Werks center muffler delete system. Service in September 2020 included an oil change as well as replacement of the engine air filter, spark plugs, and battery.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a seven-speed PDK transaxle that was serviced in March 2021 with a fluid change along with replacement of its pan and filter assembly.
Manufacturer’s literature, two keys, service records, a smart battery maintainer, and a car cover are included in the sale.
