1929 Ford Model A Base

This 1929 Ford Model A was built in 2006 and is powered by a Chevrolet 350ci V8 paired with a three-speed Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission. The car features a custom-fabricated wood body and fiberglass full fenders finished in Audi Papaya. The engine is equipped with an Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, a Holley carburetor, and headers, and a tubular drop axle, a newer Ford rear end, ladder bars, front disc brakes, and 15″ smoothies with dog-dish caps, trim rings, and staggered tires were used. Inside, bucket seats, tan upholstery, Vintage Air air conditioning, power windows, lap belts, a CD stereo, a Lokar shifter, and Dolphin gauges were fitted.

The custom bodywork was fabricated using 1″ steel tubing, with ash and birch wood incorporated into the construction. The body is finished in Audi Papaya with a basecoat/clearcoat finish and features a tilt-out windshield, running boards, fiberglass fenders, a windshield visor, and louvered hood sides.
