1930 Ford Coupe

1930 Ford Street Rod Coupe - High End Build 125K In Receipts Ford Power 351 This 1930 Ford Coupe Street Rod is an exceptional, all-steel high-end show car that merges the timeless appeal of early American hot rods with modern performance and comfort. Featuring a chopped roofline, a sleek silhouette, and an aggressive stance, this custom coupe was meticulously built from the ground up and completed in 2008. The result is a pro-built, award-worthy car with both show-quality presentation and street-ready power. A full binder of build receipts and photos comes with the vehicle, documenting the careful planning, craftsmanship, and investment that went into its creation. At the heart of this street rod is a Ford 351 V8, dyno-tested at 325 horsepower and 315 lb-ft of torque, delivering serious muscle in a lightweight, classic body. The engine is topped with dual quad carburetors, breathing through a polished intake and delivering crisp throttle response and an old-school look that commands attention. A serpentine belt system adds modern reliability, and exhaust gases exit through a custom 2.5-inch exhaust system, giving the car a deep, throaty tone that echoes its street rod heritage. Power is sent through a dependable and smooth C4 automatic transmission, paired with a Ford 9-inch rear end equipped with 3.70 gears and Moser 31-spline axles, built to handle the power and ensure strength under heavy acceleration. The car rides on a custom boxed frame with a Pro Street independent suspension, four-link rear setup, and front disc brakes—all working together to deliver a confident, responsive ride that feels nothing like a traditional 1930s coupe. This Ford is not just about performance—it's also a showcase of custom craftsmanship. The 1932 Ford grille lends a refined yet aggressive appearance, flanked by King Bee 7-inch headlights with integrated turn signals. A Waedlow removable bug screen protects the grille while maintaining the clean lines of the front end. Out back, massive 31x16.50 Hoosier Pro Street radials fill the fenders, emphasizing the car's pro street attitude, while tucked up under the body is a show-finished suspension setup and exhaust system that's as beautiful underneath as it is up top. Inside, the cabin has been completely customized by Shelby Auto Trim, finished in a tasteful and professional style. Features include power windows, custom stereo system, 3-point seat belts, and a polished Lokar 12-inch straight chrome shifter lever. The dash is clean and functional, anchored by an IDIDIT chrome tilt column with built-in ignition, offering a modern touch of comfort and driver ergonomics. The entire car runs on a 12V electrical system powered by an Optima Yellow Top gel battery, with all-new American Autowire throughout to ensure long-term reliability. This 1930 Ford Coupe isn't just another street rod—it's the result of vision, skill, and attention to detail. From the chopped roof to the pro street stance, from the dyno-tested 351 V8 to the custom-trimmed interior, every component of this build was thoughtfully chosen and expertly executed. The car has been lovingly maintained since completion and remains in beautiful condition, ready for local cruise nights, national shows, or simply to be admired in a private collection. If you're looking for a turn-key, all-steel street rod with serious power, unmatched style, and show-quality build quality, this '30 Ford Coupe stands tall among the rest. It's a bold statement, a thrilling drive, and a modern take on a legendary classic—all in one remarkable package.
