Description
This custom 1934 Ford Victoria is powered by a Chevrolet 350ci crate V8 engine mated to a 700R4 automatic transmission with fourth-gear lockup and a 3.43 Posi-traction rear differential. The engine features an Edelbrock Performer 600 carburetor, polished aluminum intake, Billet Specialties pulley system, rocker covers and spark-plug wire looms. Coated block-hugger headers feed a stainless-steel exhaust system, while an aluminum radiator handles cooling. A Lokar shifter controls the transmission. The full boxed frame features a 4-inch-narrowed rear crossmember, Posies rear leaf springs, front and rear air-ride suspension and a Mustang II-style front suspension with a Fatman crossmember and stainless-steel tubular A-arms. Stopping power is provided by 4-wheel disc brakes. The body is finished in DuPont Brilliant Red and features an all-steel body with Downs fiberglass fenders, grille shell, rear apron and running boards. Custom bodywork includes a 3.5-inch chopped top, slanted B-pillars, fixed windshield, tinted glass, shaved door handles, hidden hinges, rear-hinged doors, hands-free remote-controlled door latches with deadbolt locks, a 3-piece hood with custom hood sides and hinges, a Hagen fuel door and a deleted cowl vent. It rides on polished aluminum Boyd's Vintage wheels measuring 15x6 inches up front and 17x8 inches at the rear. The interior features power windows, Vintage Air climate control, a Dakota Digital dash, an Air Ride Technologies remote controller and a Sony AM/FM/CD stereo with a remote 6-disc CD changer. Electrical equipment includes a Kwik Wire wiring harness and hidden security system. A hidden receiver hitch provides additional utility. 9,335 miles since the professional restoration.
