1939 DeSoto CUSTOM S6

DescriptionThis 1939 Desoto Custom S6 Touring Sedan comes finished in Midnight Blue with a blue broadcloth interior. This Desoto has undergone a restoration in the late 90s / early 2000s. It is a great running and driving classic with beautiful lines viewable from every angle. The paint shines beautifully, and any imperfections up close are minor. The chrome and brightwork are in excellent shape. Under the hood is a 228 CID inline 6-cylinder engine paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. The floors, rockers, and frame rails are solid. Inside is a comfortable, spacious interior with front and rear bench seats. The door panels, carpeting, and headliner are also in great shape. The dash is all original with working gauges except the speedometer. Other options include dealer-installed AM radio. The back seat leg room is enough to stretch your legs, accommodating three passengers. This Desoto is delightful to drive. Getting up to speed on the road is no issue; it turns heads and creates smiles wherever you go. This Desoto is an original looking late 30's era Mopar that you can enjoy as a weekend driver.
