1941 Chevrolet COE

1941 Chevrolet Cab Over Restomod 7.3L Diesel AC, Navigation Hodges Car Hauler A true statement piece that blends vintage commercial styling with modern capability, this 1941 Chevrolet Cab Over COE Hauler has been thoughtfully transformed into the ultimate restomod hauler, built to transport your classic in style while delivering reliability and comfort on the road. Sitting on a 1980's Ford F-350 dually chassis, this truck combines rugged heavy-duty underpinnings with unmistakable pre-war cab-over design, making it both functional and attention-grabbing wherever it goes. Power comes from a proven 7.3L IDI Ford diesel engine paired with a C6 3-speed automatic transmission and a 2-speed rear, offering dependable torque and the ability to handle long-distance hauling with ease. The hydraulic tilt cab provides easy access to the engine, making maintenance straightforward and practical—an essential feature for a working hauler of this caliber. Equipped with power steering and power brakes, the truck delivers a far more manageable and comfortable driving experience than its original 1940s counterpart. The all-steel cab retains its classic character, while the custom aluminum rear sleeper cab adds both function and comfort. Inside the sleeper, seating and space provide a convenient area to relax on longer trips, further enhancing the truck's usability for events, shows, or cross-country hauling. Climate comfort is handled by a new rooftop 10,000 BTU air conditioning unit with integrated heat pump, controlled remotely for ease of use. The 20-foot hauler body, built by Hodges Haulers, is purpose-built to transport vehicles safely and efficiently. A newly installed 12,000 lb winch makes loading and unloading simple, while the aluminum fuel tank and Class III hitch receiver add to the truck's long-distance capability and versatility. Modern technology has been seamlessly integrated, including a custom Menace audio system, backup camera, and a Blaupunkt Android-powered head unit featuring navigation, Apple CarPlay, and full connectivity. These upgrades make the truck as functional and enjoyable to operate as any modern hauler while still retaining its vintage appeal. Visually, the truck carries a bold custom look with a blacked-out grille and emblem accented by chrome wrap, along with a custom front bumper that adds to its aggressive stance. The overall presentation is unique, purposeful, and undeniably cool—exactly what you want in a statement hauler. This COE is more than just a truck—it's a complete solution for transporting your classic car while turning heads at every stop. Whether heading to a show, auction, or cross-country event, it delivers capability, comfort, and style in one unforgettable package. The ultimate hauler for your classic ride, and we are happy to assist with shipping arrangements if needed.
