1946 Ford Sedan Delivery Street Rod

This 1946 Ford sedan delivery was built into a street rod under prior ownership, and it was purchased by the seller’s father in 2008. Power comes from a 350ci Tuned-Port Injection V8 linked to a TH350 three-speed automatic transmission, and the car rides on Halibrand 15” wheels with a Mustang II-style front suspension, rear leaf springs, and four-wheel disc brakes. The body has been modified with frenched headlights, smoothed front and rear valances, shaved doors, and electric door poppers, while the custom interior offers gray upholstery, air conditioning, power windows, a Pioneer CD head unit, a banjo-style steering wheel, and VDO gauges. This custom sedan delivery is now offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a California title. The body was nosed, the headlights were frenched, the rain gutters were shaved, and the front and rear valances were customized during the build. The doors were also shaved, and electric poppers were added along with a recessed license plate box in the cargo door. Aerodynamic side mirrors were also installed before the car was finished in red with orange pinstriping.
