DescriptionThe durable Willys Jeep was one of the mechanical heros of WWII. It did everything asked of it's country and was loved by all branches of the military for it's reliability and usefulness. After the war, the popularity and durability of these vehichle was not forgotton, so Willys introduced a non-military (Citizens Jeep) version in 1946, simply named it the CJ, and it is still a houshold name to this day. 1946 was the first year for the CJ. This particular Jeep was a Father/Son frame off restoration some years ago, and it has been housed in a climated controlled garage ever since. Being that it is not driven much, the family has decided to find a new home for it and let someone else enjoy it. There were 8 color options for these in '46, this one is Michigan Yellow. It has the 60HP "Go Devil" engine, sevice manuals and boxes of original parts are also included. Here is a chance to own a cool piece of history for far less than you could ever restore it for, and best of all, it is turn key ready!! Read More
