1948 Anglia 4D SDN

This car started life in Australia where it was built to be a taxi cab, either there or to be exported to England. Don't know when it came to the USA, but about 1976 it was built into a drag racing car. That's when it got this WILD paint job and was named "Looney Tune Taxi". Still shows amazingly well for a 50 year old paint job. This is a very rare car. I have read there are only three 4-door Anglias in the US. I don't know if that is true, but this is the only one I have seen. Too many features to list - call for details. This car draws a lot of attention at car shows and cruise ins.
