Vehicle Description 1948 Ford Custom $34,000 Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is excited to present this 1948 Ford Custom Coupe, finished in a distinctive Green/Gray exterior over a Tan and Brown interior. With its sweeping body lines, rounded fenders, and unmistakable late-1940s styling, this Ford combines vintage character with several upgrades aimed at comfortable cruising. Under the hood is a 350 CID V8 paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. An electric cooling fan mounted to the radiator assists with engine cooling, while power steering and power brakes add convenience and control behind the wheel. The Green/Gray finish gives the coupe a distinctive appearance that complements its classic bodywork and chrome accents. Its low, flowing profile captures the styling that defined American automobiles of the late 1940s. Inside, the Tan and Brown cabin creates a warm contrast to the exterior while maintaining the car's vintage-inspired character. A Dolphin gauge cluster adds a custom touch to the dash, while a billet steering wheel further complements the upgraded interior. Air conditioning provides additional comfort for warmer days. The 1948 Ford marked the end of an era, representing the final model year for Ford's prewar-influenced passenger-car styling before the completely redesigned 1949 models arrived. With its flowing fenders, prominent chrome grille, and rounded profile, the '48 Ford carries a distinctive look that has made these cars popular foundations for custom builds and traditional hot rods. With its 350 CID V8, 3-speed automatic transmission, electric radiator fan, power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, Dolphin gauges, billet steering wheel, and distinctive Green/Gray finish, this 1948 Ford Custom Coupe blends classic Ford styling with desirable cruising upgrades.
